If we have learned anything from the “Scooter” Libby case, we should know that disclosing possibly covert CIA information is very serious business. So when can we expect the special prosecutor to be assigned to investigate who leaked the existence of secret CIA prisons to Washington Post reporter Dana Priest? Will Priest serve any jail time (ala Judith Miller) for not disclosing her* source(s)? For some reason, I doubt this will be considered worthy of an investigation.
*I orginally said “his” instead of her, believing Priest to be a man. Thanks to Josh for pointing out my mistake.
