um, I don't mean to alarm you , but there is a T. Rex behind you.
Here's a pic of me, with my spaceship.
You mean time machine :) That thing looks like the Daleks from Dr. Who
I have a great t-shirt I got in London of Pooh and Piglett coming out of a police call box with the caption "Dr. Pooh." So far, only 4 people have undestood it, and they were all engineering students. I love Dr. Who. Haven't seen the new one on BBCAmerica yet. I have a feeling it's updated technology would destroy most of the fun.
Seeker, you should have a gallery of you, Aaron, and the regulars here with links to their photos in the sidebar.
I'm with Sandy bro – there's a friggin dinosaur behind you. I bet property values are pretty low where you live, yknow, what with the dinosaur attacks.
geez, what a dork ;-)
lol Great pic! I love the 'ship and the T. Rex! Is that like your back yard or something? ;)
The best way to get pics of everyone is probably make it so that only people with typekey accounts (free, but you have to create one and be logged in to comment) can comment. Then, each person can add a photo to their typekey account. What do you think?
That thing is the filter unit for my pool (which is small, and I don't like it – next house will have a half-court basketball court instead), and that beast behind me is the neighbor's pet. He's kinda noisy, and I've already lost two curious cats ;)
Are we posting photoshops now? I put my then two-year-old on the front row of Cameron indoor. How many of you geeks (besides Sam) knows where and what that is? ;)
Oh and if you want to see what the mysterious Aaron looks like – I have fallen under the pressure and created a MySpace page, so I can communite with my youth and old classmates. Here is my page, with a photo of me on it.
Isn't that Cameron Hall the Duke basketball stadium? Chapel Hill, NC?
BTW Lawanda, where you able to understand the primer?
Cineaste close, but that last thing killed it. Cameron Indoor Stadium is where Duke plays basketball, but it is not in Chapel Hill. "Chapel Hell" is where the hated UNC Tar Heels play.
Tonight is my Super Bowl and we will be playing the role of the underdog Chicago Bears, hopefully we can end the game differently.
Stupid self, communite = communicate
Wow Aaron, lookit those awesome blue eyes! And Pam is beautiful! :)
I haven't got to finish the primer Cineaste :)
Just wanted to show you a picture of my brother who served in Iraq for a year. He is out of the military now and just graduated from the Police Academy. He is now a member of the CPD – Chicago Police Department. I'll tell him all my Evangelical 2or3.net friends said hello. If you get a ticket, let me know! :) Seeker, he told me to tell you and Aaron that there are definitly Atheists in Foxholes.
My brother Brian
Funny. Tell him there are no atheists on the other side of death ;)
Of course, atheists would agree with that if they think our being ceases at death.
An afterlife without a theistic god is perfectly possible (cf, Buddhism).
Who's older Cineaste, you or your brother? Congratulations to him for graduating and becoming a police officer! YAY! :)
(Still not finished! Sorry! I am so busy this week. Although, so far, it is similar to other textbook renditions of evolution I have read. So far…) :)
Hi Lawanda, I read the entire primer again and it answers all the questions you had posed. Let me know when you want to talk about it but it seems the thread has gone into the archives :(
I'm the elder brother. I just turned 36 and he is only 33. People say I look much younger than he does so they often mistake him for the elder sibling.
